ServiceFrame allows users and vendors to raise and log risks and issues. Users can also create and track actions necessary to mitigate risks and resolve issues.

The items in the Risk column are linked to a Risk Detail page of the relevant risk. Each risk can be tagged to specific contracts.
ServiceFrame will allow users to filter on Risks. The filters include: All, As Owner, By Association, As Client, As Service Provider, By SLA, By Service Line, By Service, By Client Company and By Service Provider Company.
Issues can similarly be tagged to specific contracts and filtered as needed.
In order to mitigate, manage and ultimately accurately score risks and issues it is necessary to create and manage actions. The screen below shows how new actions can be created in ServiceFrame.
